Coming down

This weekend was filled with great times and in the end was celebrated with sorrow.

Starting on friday after work I rented a snowboard and put my cloths in my car because I was going to Reno to see my girlfriend and her mom to celibrate both our birhtdays. Well, I got there the same time they did and meet up in there room where we got situated and decided what to do from then on. We ended up going out to eat at CLAIM JUMPER. We had to wait an hour to get seats but it was worth it. After dinner we headed back to the hotel and went to sleep.

We got up really early the next morning so we could head out to the slopes and ski some. I did a good job, being as it was my second time on the slopes, and Rachel... well lets just say she was waiting on me most of the time. :-P. After we all had our fill of skiing we packed up and headed back to reno, but first we stopped in Trukee to take in the sites. After that, on the ride back home, Rachel and I got to fall asleep in the back seat together and the trip was over quickly after that. We got back to the hotel and jumped into the hot-tub, we all relaxed and let our muscles soak. Once we got back to the room we put in a movie and fell asleep shortly after.

We all got to sleep in the next morning but when we all got up we celebrated both our birthdays. It worked out because mine is one the 28th and Rachels is on the 29th so we just celebrated both in one day. We opened presents and then went down to get breakfast. After that we went to the planitarium and then got dressed-up back at the hotel for dinner and a show. We went to a fantastic Italian resturant in one of the casinos and saw The Twelve Irish Tenors and the same casino. After that we went called it a nite and headed back to the hotel.

The next morning was sad because we had to seperate untill the next time we are together. We said our sad "good-bye's" and "I love you's" and went on our ways.
